POP UP ALERT! Kickoff summer with the Red White & Booty Camp class! This class is 40 minutes. Wear your RED WHITE AND BLUE. This aerobic strength training class uses explosive bodyweight moves, dumbbells, resistance bands, and sliders to sculpt and tone your entire body! This class also offers lots of modifications that will still get give you a great workout. You choose your hard! Let's sweat together before the holiday madness starts! It Takes Heart Challenge
In the month of February, I am challenging you to dig deep and give all you got…. this challenge TAKES HEART. You are challenged to sign up for as many group fitness classes as possible, show up, put in the work & keep showing up ALL MONTH LONG! (applies to virtual and in person classes) The participant who truly gives their best and makes the most classes in this challenge will be rewarded with a $100 BMF gift card! Winner will be announced the first week of March.
Melt For Low Back Pain Workshop
RELIEVE YOUR LOW BACK PAIN FAST. This workshop will use a specialized soft roller and MELT hand and foot therapy balls to stimulate the results of manual therapy. Learn to eliminate stuck stress before it accumulates, causing chronic aches and pains specifically in the low back.

Exercises will utilize a mixture of dumbbells, resistance bands, and body weight to strengthen and stretch the body. Over the 5-weeks we will focus on the mobility specifically in the Shoulders, Hips, Ankles, Spine & Core. This series is great for golfers looking to gain yards AND anyone looking to gain flexibility and strengthen their joints!
