Personal Training

Britt will assess what areas of your body are performing well and what needs to be improved. The goal of personal training is to get measurements of where you are currently at in your health and fitness journey, set goals and to improve your fitness. Britt offers in-person and virtual training packages and wants to help you improve your overall health and fitness!

Golf Fitness Training

Better Flexibility. Better Swing. Better Golf Game.

Golf fitness isn’t about looking like a bodybuilder or the best player on Tour. It’s about being fit to play the game at an individual’s highest level and doing so without causing injury. It’s about understanding how a body’s limitations can influence the golf swing and how to address those limitations through the proper channels. You & Britt will work on strength & flexibility with the muscles used most often in the golf swing. She will enhance your swing in no time!

Group Fitness Classes

We offer in-person & virtual fitness classes in a variety of formats. These include: yoga, strength training, stretching, bootcamp classes and more! You could also book a private class for you and your family to do on your next vacation!

Private Melt Treatments

MELT is a method of self care to alleviate the pain and the stresses placed on the body in day-to-day activities. MELT combines various techniques using foam rollers and soft balls to facilitate a natural balance and state for the body. This is a hand-off body work treatment that I guide you through to help your chronic pain!
