30 Minute Classes


Core & More

This class is 30 minutes and is taught Tuesdays at 5:30pm & every other Friday at 12:15pm! This class uses pilates inspired bodyweight moves, occasional dumbbells, resistance bands, and sliders to sculpt and tone your core AND more!

Melt Midday Reset

This class is taught every Tuesday at 12:15pm! In this Melt class, we focus on the hands, feet, or spine for 30 minutes to give the body the stress relief it needs midday. This is a great class for Melt newbies. MELT is a method of self treatment to alleviate the pain and the stresses placed on the body in day-to-day activities. MELT combines various techniques using soft foam rollers and balls to facilitate a natural balance and state for the body. Melt tools provided in studio. Please bring your own yoga mat if you have one, rental mats available.

Low Intensity Interval Training (LIIT)

This class is 30 minutes and taught every Thursday at 12:15pm. LIIT focuses on increasing your heart rate with low-impact exercises and generous recovery periods in between. LIIT is a gentler way to achieve similar results to HIIT. Please bring your own mat if you have one, rental mats are available if needed in studio. All levels welcome!

Friday Fit Camp

Get your sweat on in Friday Fit Camp (aka Bootcamp)! This class is 30 minutes or less and is taught every other Friday @ 12:15pm! This aerobic class uses explosive bodyweight moves, occasional dumbbells, resistance bands, and sliders to sculpt and tone your entire body! We focus on the whole body each class.

45 Minute Classes


Stretch & Strength

Stretch & Strength is a 45 minute class taught on Monday nights at 5:15pm. This small group training class focuses on mobility. This class will require resistance bands & a yoga mat. Exercises will utilize a mixture of dumbbells, resistance bands, and body weight to strengthen and stretch the entire body.

60 Minute Classes


Slow Flow Yoga

Slow Flow Yoga is a 60 minute yoga class taught on Thursday nights @ 4:30pm. This is a vinyasa style class which means we flow through a sequence of poses. Each pose is held for several rounds of breath, so you can focus on building a strong yoga foundation. This class is great for beginners and more advanced students. Please bring your own mat if you have one, rental mats are available if needed in studio.

Outdoor Yoga

Join me for outdoor yoga! This class is great for all levels of students. We go out on one of the golf fairways and enjoy yoga + nature. This is a vinyasa style class which means we flow through a sequence of poses. Each pose is held for several rounds of breath, so you can focus on building a strong yoga foundation and get outside!
