Here is the workout: 1 mile walk/run then, Circuit: Bench Push ups, TRX Pulls ups, Weighted Goblet Squats, 3 rounds then finish with a 1 mile walk/run. Please wear sneakers. All levels welcome! *All proceeds from this class will be donated to the Lt. Michael Murphy Scholarship Fund.

Let's get dressed up, do some yoga and have fun! COSTUMES ENCOURAGED!! This class is 60 minutes and is a vinyasa style class which means we flow through a sequence of poses. Each pose is held for several rounds of breath, so you can focus on building a strong yoga foundation. This class is great for beginners and more advanced students and a whole lot of fun! Join me for a HALLOWEEN THEMED CIRCUIT TRAINING CLASS! Halloween costumes/attire encouraged! In circuit training, we will focus on the full body. There will be various stations set up to improve your endurance, strength & conditioning. We will move through the stations/exercises in a circuit, meaning we will go through all the stations in a timed round then repeat. This class is 45 minutes and includes a warm up and cool down. Please wear sneakers. All levels welcome! (THIS IS NOT HIIT)

POP UP ALERT! Kickoff summer with the Red White & Booty Camp class! This class is 40 minutes. Wear your RED WHITE AND BLUE. This aerobic strength training class uses explosive bodyweight moves, dumbbells, resistance bands, and sliders to sculpt and tone your entire body! This class also offers lots of modifications that will still get give you a great workout. You choose your hard! Let's sweat together before the holiday madness starts! All are invited to enjoy a cold cocktail on the patio post class! :

You are challenged to sign up for as many group fitness classes as possible, show up, put in the work & keep showing up ALL MONTH LONG! (applies to virtual and in person classes) The participant who truly gives their best and makes the most classes in this challenge will be rewarded with a $100 BMF gift card! Winner will be announced the first week of March.
